Improving how your body moves does not come from occasional hard sessions.
It comes from consistency.
A few minutes of focused movement done regularly can make a real difference.
Better range.
Less joint stress.
More confidence in how your body moves.
The goal is not perfection, It is showing up often enough that your body has time to adapt.
That is where long term progress lives.

A quick reminder as training starts to pick up βπ»
At the start of the year it is tempting to push.
Energy is high. Motivation is back.
But your joints and connective tissue need time to adapt.
Build gradually.
Focus on movement quality first.
Let intensity come later.
The goal is not a strong month.
It is a strong year.
Train in a way your body can sustain.

Greater muscle mass WITHOUT good joint I.Q isn't a great combination.
Gaining muscle mass takes less effort than reprogramming the bodies to understand and find healthy joint positions. It's like building a house on poor foundations.
When you programme better joint positions you reduce mechanical stress and therefore create bandwidth for your body to WANT to grow more muscle.

Another class empowering women with the tools to push back against menopausal symptoms π₯
I will never feel the biological effect that women go through but seeing the journey to giving birth, the emotional load they carry and then stories I hear about how the menopause is affecting their lives, women really do have an amazing capacity and equipped with a better understanding of what is happening to their bodies along with training protocols to help combat the affects the menopause. It's extremely rewarding to be able to help out.
