We’ve been watching Mum work all week, and we've noticed something funny about humans: you guys spend your entire day rushing, overthinking, and completely forgetting to just breathe.
When we’re stressed or tired, we stretch, lie down on the carpet, and take a massive deep sigh. But you humans drink another coffee and keep running on empty!
You breathe over 20,000 times a day without thinking about it. But when you step into the chamber for 60 minutes, every single breath of pure oxygen is actively rebuilding your cells, clearing your brain fog, and giving your body the reset it’s been begging for.

How does it actually work?
Under atmospheric pressure, oxygen dissolves directly into your blood plasma and body fluids (not just your red blood cells). This delivers extra oxygen deep into tissues, organs, and your brain to clear fog, lower inflammation, and boost recovery.
Does it hurt your ears?

Safe to say yesterday’s Open Day completely wiped us out. Mack has spent the entire morning wandering around the space wondering where all our visitors vanished to, while Ouzo can barely keep his eyes open after receiving a world-record number of ear scratches, belly rubs, and sneaky treats! 😴❤️
A HUGE wag of the tail to everyone who came to see us at Heathhall yesterday. You made our Open Day so special, and we loved meeting every single one of you.
