We present the photo winners of this summer’s lunge challenge! Thank you for your entries! One of our Masters, Laura, a Personal Trainer in Southampton, judged them for us.

The winner is JOHN lunging by a tomb in the Vatican museum!!
“this one is no.1 for me because of how cool is it seeing that tomb!” Well done John. Your prize of a Ninja Warrior voucher is on its way to you!

2nd place was Cerys!
“it must have been hard to balance. Extra points for doing it on the sea!”

Finally in 3rd place is Lucas! Laura said “it looks like the peacock is doing a lunge too! I’m surprised it let him get that close”. Well done Lucas!
