Meet Ezmie, one of our original members who has been with us since the very beginning. She joined with no experience in CrossFit or HYROX, but she has taken on everything we offer. In‑house throwdowns, multiple HYROX and Deadly Dozen races. She has stepped into all of it with the kind of determination that lifts the whole room.

What people notice most is how she treats others. If you walk into your first class feeling unsure, Ezmie is usually the first person to welcome you. She remembers what it felt like to start from scratch and she makes sure no one has to do that alone.

She is a brilliant example of what our community is, and values!
