Today we enjoyed the last of the Gozo sun sitting by the pool….talking about the rides and the people we met. We are in awe of Krzysztof who has created this event and this is the tenth year he has successfully produced such an incredible event - thank you 🤗.

As I sit here I am looking at my Spin®️ bottle which was probably bought at my first ever Spinning®️ Event the year after Iain and myself took our instructor certification in 2013. Spinning®️ is the original indoor cycling and it is funny I am drinking from an original bottle purchased at my first ever Spinning®️ event to finishing this Spinning®️ event.

When we ride together we are

We have been friends with Evangelos and João for many years when we started our Spinning®️ journey in 🇺🇸 where we lived for 16 years. These two guys have been mentors for Iain in his Spinning®️ journey and it is wonderful to see them both working together, riding together and bringing Spinning®️ together 💙🚴💙 we are all one community and if we work together we can be
