Tomorrow it’s a pleasure for Tanfield and Top 10 President Mr Graeme Swan to hold the Final of the Top 10!

We host two of Edinburghs most successful and decorated clubs when Craigentinny and Carrick Knowe take to the field for what can only be described as:

“Clash of the titans”

Come down and watch is shaping up to be an incredible final!

EBA SENIOR KNOCKOUTS

Unfortunately the road to the senior EBA Fours Knockout Trophy is over.

Our auld boys gave it a great fight but fell short in the semi finals against Slateford BC 12-8.

A valiant effort from the auld boys. We wish Slateford BC all the best in the final.

It’s semi final time for the senior fours in the EBA Knockouts.

With a chance to book their spot in the final our senior four travels to Craigentinny to take on the senior four from Slateford BC.

Get along to Craigentinny and support the auldies!

EBA GENTS KNOCKOUTS

The triple and four are semi final bound.

After a technicality this evening with the Bainfield triple our triple were given the fixture.

In the four it was a strong performance which resulted in a strong victory for them defeating Goldenacre BC 20-10.

In next weeks Semi Finals it is:

Triples - vs Queensberry
Fours - vs Carrick Knowe
U30’s - vs Carrick Knowe

GENTS EBA QUARTER FINALS

Tonight we have the triple and fours in action in the EBA quarter finals.

The triple head to Seafield to take on Bainfield BC.

The fours head to Parkside to take on Goldenacre BC.

Our U30 is already in next weeks semi final after playing a week early.

Nicole heads across town to Corstorphine BC to take on Bainfield BC Ladies club Champion Alison Ward.

LADIES LEAGUE CHAMPIONS 2026

After a strong 5-0 away victory this evening for our ladies at Sighthill and Bainfield who were one point ahead going into the final week only securing a 3-2 victory it was top spot secured and league title retained for our ladies.

They talk about helicopter Sundays in the football, how about helicopter Tuesdays in the bowls, can’t beat it!

This afternoon seen the conclusion of the seniors league for the 2026 season.

Tanfield “A” finished the league campaign with a 5-0 defeat away from home against Blackhall BC.

Tanfield “B” finished the league campaign with a 3-2 victory at home against Trinity BC.
