Today marks Maddy Weber's final day with Scottish Volleyball as she begins her maternity leave. We thank Maddy for all her hard work and wish her and her growing family all the best as they prepare to welcome their new arrival!

The process of appointing maternity cover is nearing completion, and we will provide an update in due course. In the meantime, Head of Development Blair Pettigrew will oversee the Foundation Development Officer responsibilities and can be contacted via [email protected].

🤝🏋We're excited to be working with Athlete Focused!

Our U20 squads got the opportunity to work with fitness coaches, J***y and Rebecca in the lead up to the U20 SCA Championships in October. J***y and Rebecca gave the athletes an intro where they received training on proper form and technique before they continue the 6-month programme on their own with monthly check-ins!

Thank you to Athlete Focused, J***y and Rebecca for all of their expertise! We can't wait to see how this will benefit our athletes!💪

Today we say goodbye to our Community Development Officer, Lorna, as she leaves Scottish Volleyball to take up an exciting new role with Scottish Rugby.

While Lorna has been with us for just over a year, the impact she has made during that time has been significant. Through her dedication, enthusiasm and commitment she has made a lasting contribution to Scottish Volleyball and has been a valued colleague.

We will miss her greatly and everyone at Scottish Volleyball would like to thank her for her hard work and wish her every success in this exciting new chapter.

The recruitment process for our new Community Development Officer is now nearing completion, and we look forward to sharing further updates with the volleyball community in due course.

🏖👏Scotland have two pairs competing in the qualifiers at the Ios Futures Beach Pro Tour in Greece starting tomorrow, so please join us in wishing the best of luck to Euan Fraser and Seain Cook, as well as the Paterson brothers, Keir and Murray!

🏐💪We kicked off our Tartan Talent Beach Camps in Aberdeen this weekend and it was an absolute blast! There was a great turn out and those who came learned lots of new skills and improved under Coach Rachael! We love to see the dedication!

You can still sign up for the upcoming beach camps so make sure you don't miss out!

⏰It's that time again! SVL team and club registration are now open for the 2026/27 season! The deadline to register is the 13th of July so don't wait!

Summer Sets 2026 is underway! 🏐

Our first stop of the year saw teams descend on Edinburgh on Saturday for a day of grass volleyball, good vibes and, remarkably, very little rain!
