I love my 🥊💗

What a way to kick-start the week!

5:30pm — Boxing & Circuit Training 🥊🔥

Full-body workout.
Great for the body.
Even better for the mind. 🧠💪

An hour to switch off from everything else, work hard, have a laugh and leave feeling better than when you walked in.

That’s Monday done right. 🥊💗

The best antidepressant drug there is !!!!

Ladies… wee favour 💄💋

Having a clear-out of your makeup bag or drawers?

I dropped some makeup off at Recycling First in Macmerry and they were more than happy to take it, so I thought we could maybe do a wee collection.

If you've got makeup you no longer use or want, rather than chucking it in the bin, bring it into the gym and we'll collect it up and drop it off.
💄 Makeup
🧴 Toiletries
💅 Beauty bits

Doesn't need to be brand new — part-used is fine.

Have a rake through those drawers, ladies 😂

We'll put a box in the wee hut for donations.
Someone else might get a bit of use and enjoyment out of something that's just gathering dust in yours. ❤️

🔥 WHAT A WIN FOR LAILAND! 🔥

Took the fight at very SHORT NOTICE…

Walked into the Scottish Champion’s home show…
And BEAT HIM. 🥊💥

No excuses. No fear. Just backed himself and delivered.

That’s what taking your opportunity looks like.

👏 Massive performance, Lailand and welcome to the Lochend Family 👏

❤️💚 TEAM LOCHEND ❤️💚

IT TAKES HEART.

We LOVE our Saturday sessions in the gym ❤️🥊

And by the looks of it… so do you lot! 😂
9am start. A few sleepy heads wandering through the door… 😴

Then the bell goes and BANG — everyone suddenly comes alive! 🔔🔥

One solid hour of boxing fitness… plus the usual VAR injury time because apparently we’ve never learned how to finish on time 😂😂

Great atmosphere, great people, plenty of laughs and plenty of work.

Saturday mornings at Lochend just hit different. 🥊❤️

9am every Saturday — newbies always welcome.

£6 PAYG. Get fit without getting hit.

A few were subbed & missed the photo op. I took the pleasure of adding you in 😂

🥊 1 WEEK TO GO — THE COUNTDOWN IS ON! 🥊

The depth and quality within our squad right now is superb.

Unfortunately, it simply isn’t possible to get all of our carded boxers on this show — there’s a limit to the number of bouts we can have, and everyone deserves their shot.

Thankfully, commitments elsewhere took a few difficult decisions out of our hands.

Next week, we’re proud to showcase the next generation of Lochend Boxing Club. ❤️💚🤍

And what a bill it is.

🥇 Current British & Scottish Senior Champions
🏴 Scottish internationalists
🥊 Some of the most exciting young talent coming through our doors

Tickets are selling fast.

This is an afternoon not to be missed.

The history of this club speaks for itself — champions have walked through these doors before, and more will follow.

Come along next week and watch closely…

You might just be witnessing the beginning of the journey of our next Scottish, British or Commonwealth Champion. 👀🥊

IT TAKES HEART. ❤️
