CK Coaching

Another new face joined the CK 1-2-1 sessions tonight, with Kristian coming along for an intense 45-minute workout 💪

Kristian was looking to put in some extra work and challenge himself outside of his usual training.

We started the session with a circuit using ladders, hoops and hurdles, adding in 1-2 combinations with myself to test his concentration, awareness and passing accuracy.

We then moved into some hill work with the ball, focusing on different movements, touches and control while working through the challenge of the incline.

After that, we worked on dribbling using both feet before finishing off with some target practice to round off a brilliant session 🎯

Well done tonight buddy 👏 You worked extremely hard from start to finish and the standard throughout was excellent. Keep putting in the work and keep improving 💪⚽️

What a session from the 2015s tonight 💪⚽️

Right from the start, the boys were fully switched on and brought fantastic intensity, focus and effort throughout the session.

We began with ball mastery, working on both feet before moving into a passing activation where the boys progressed through 5 different progressions brilliantly, showing great understanding and quality 💪💪

We then moved into a competitive small-sided game with different conditions throughout, before finishing off with everyone’s favourite… sprints! ⚡️

Another excellent session from the boys. The hard work, development and attitude continues every week 👏

Lyle was back this week after his holiday, and the preparation for the new season continued as he looks to be as fit and sharp as possible 💪⚽️

Another fantastic session where Lyle worked incredibly hard from start to finish, showing great control, focus and determination throughout 👏

These sessions are always built around fitness, ball mastery, passing, movement and working at a high intensity with limited recovery time — and the standards Lyle sets himself are brilliant 🔥

The commitment, attitude and desire to improve are always clear to see.

What a way to finish off an amazing week at CK Coaching! 👏🔥

Today was all about earning those valuable points for our teams, with teamwork at the heart of everything we did 💪

From matches, rally races, quizzes, crossbar challenges and penalty shootouts, the kids gave absolutely everything and supported each other every step of the way 👏

The effort, encouragement and team spirit shown throughout the day was fantastic — every player played their part and made it a brilliant finish to camp 🙌
