We offer dance fitness. The backing vocals are apparently included 😂🎤💚

Kingstanding finished our Halloween week with a bit of Girls Just Want to Have Fun, and honestly, a singalong is a lovely way to round things off.

Me and Kim bring the routines, but you lot make these classes what they are. The company, the laughs and those little moments when everyone gets stuck into the same song.

That’s the bit you can’t put on a class timetable 💚

Thank you for spending part of your week with us. Hope you’re heading into the weekend with a tune stuck in your head. Sorry about that 😂

Kingstanding is on Thursday this week and next week only: 29 October and 5 November.

Me and Kim will be there tonight, 7pm to 8pm, ready for an hour of dancing, cardio and singing along when we should probably be catching our breath 😉

Come for the dance fitness. Stay for the Stevie Wonder singalong 😂🎤

Fordbridge gave us a lovely finish to our Halloween themed class tonight!

Some of the ladies knew I Just Called to Say I Love You well. Others were hearing it for the first time. Me and Kim love that we’ve got different generations coming together, moving to the same music and enjoying themselves 💚

And some familiar faces joined us again after more than three years away! So lovely to have you back. We hope you had as much fun as we did.
