Exeter Summer league

Outdoors for the first time this season for our Summer League Gravity team! Playing a division team two levels above us was always going to be a challenge, but the girls really rose to it. Neck and neck throughout the game, and after holding a strong lead in the third quarter, we eventually lost out to a well drilled Uplowman side who found a great rhythm.There were plenty of defensive turnovers, a solid centre court structure, and a strong shooting circle, with Darcie & Izzy both on point and working brilliantly together.

Final score: 40-35 loss

Exeter Summer League

Great win for our Summer League team against the CCNC Jaguars. We came out strong and built an early lead, although we lost a little momentum towards the end of the first quarter. The team responded quickly, creating plenty of opportunities, and our shooters were in great form to keep us ahead. Defensively, we became a solid unit, forcing turnover after turnover in the circle.

Good day of netball for Rockets at the end of season tournament. All players had lots of court time. 3 wins and 4 losses but always played with a smile on their faces. Final position 5th.
