Am I this teacher for you? Maybe… maybe not….we won’t know until you come and experience for yourself what my style and form of yoga feels like. It’s deeply personal rooted in ancient intelligence as well as practicality that brings a sense of connection and belonging that I didn’t know I needed until I joined my first class!

I have been teaching in E.Devon for 10 years now but my yoga journey started fifteen years before this so I’ve helped 100’s if not 1000’s of people find more balance and strength both on and off the mat

These lines from Japji Sahib written by Guru Nanak reminds me of our deep connection to the elements. The breath teaches and guides us, the waters nourish and cleanse, and this precious earth carries every step we take.
