🌟 Well done, my superhero Ladies! 🌟
It was fantastic to be back together for our Monday evening Body Conditioning class! 💪✨
Tonight we put the long resistance band to work, and what an amazing workout it gave us! These bands are so versatile, allowing us to perform a huge variety of exercises that challenge the whole body, build strength, improve fitness, and help us shape and tone from head to toe.
You all worked incredibly hard, showed great determination, and brought such positive energy to the session. I’m so proud of every one of you! 👏❤️
Keep up the great work, stay active this week, and remember that every workout brings you one step closer to your goals.
Well done, ladies, and I’ll see you all next Monday! 😊💪🌟

Hi everyone,
I hope you’re having a fantastic May and enjoying plenty of sunshine ☀️
June is just around the corner. Many of you may be heading off on holiday or getting ready for one. While it’s natural to think about looking our best, let’s not forget that training is about so much more than appearance.
Exercise helps us stay healthy, build strength, boost our confidence, and feel good in our own skin. Fitness is a journey, not a quick fix. It’s about the habits we build and the consistency we create over time.
If you’re looking for a fun, supportive environment to stay active, come and join me for some great fitness classes! Workouts are always more enjoyable when you’re surrounded by positive people, and you’ll never have to do it alone.

This evening’s training came at the perfect time. After a difficult day, with the cold and grey weather making things feel even heavier, I was looking forward to training more than usual , knowing it would help me relax, switch off, and release some stress, and it definitely did.🙏
It was amazing to see all of you ladies this evening. ❤️ From start to finish, you worked incredibly hard, showed great energy, and gave your all throughout the session. Well done to every one of you — I’m really proud of you all.🥰🤗

Great way to start a Sunday morning with Step Aerobics — so much fun that you don’t even realise how hard you’re working until the sweat starts! 💦👏
We followed it up with a Core & Stretch class, helping to improve posture, balance, strength, and flexibility while also supporting everyday movement and injury prevention.
Received such lovely feedback from the ladies today. Well done to everyone who attended on a sunny Sunday morning — you should all be proud of yourselves! ☀️💪

⚽️🌟 COMING SOON – BROADCLYST WILDKICKS 🌟⚽️
We’re excited to announce the launch of Broadclyst Wildkicks – a brand new girls’ football development programme for ages 5–16!
This new initiative will replace our current Wildcats sessions, and all existing players (plus new ones!) are invited to register and be part of something special from the very beginning.
💥 What’s it all about?Fun, inclusive football training designed to help girls learn, grow, and enjoy the game – with the opportunity to develop into teams as the programme grows.
📅 Starting: August
⏰ Day/Time: Likely Fridays, 5pm–6pm
💡 Why this is a great opportunity for your family?
- Being part of a team sport from a young age helps build confidence, responsibility, and social skills. It gives girls a sense of belonging, encourages an active lifestyle, and helps shape who they become both on and off the pitch.
