Falmouth Running Club are delighted to host the Rosemullion 10k. Although this is a challenging 10k the race is suitable for all.
A multi-terrain event where runners will be treated to some of the most spectacular views the Helford has to offer! The race starts from Carwinion Road Playing Field in Mawnan Smith, and after a brief tarmac start you will soon be hitting the trail down to Nansidwell where the real fun begins along the South West Coast Path!
