🧘 Our partnership with Park Yoga continues for the 5th year - with a new class in Bishop's Waltham joining the Wi******er & Whiteley classes 🙌

Free sessions will take place every Sunday from 3 May until 13 September, from 9.30am to 10.30am.

These are led by a local, qualified instructor so are perfect if you are looking to try yoga for the first time, experience a new class or just enjoy practising in natural surroundings.

Everyone is invited, including children, and all abilities are welcome. Just bring your mat, towel or blanket and a drink of water - and be part of something great!

Join me and a group of incredible women for a 3-day retreat in the heart of nature. I like to say that what we offer here isn't "transformational", and that's exactly what makes it so special 🥰

We offer a space for women to gather together, to step outside of their societal roles and truly come back to themselves, however that looks. The weekend includes a schedule of activities from all-abilities yoga, mindful art sessions, ecstatic dance, to tarot readings and more - but this is YOUR weekend to do as much or as little as you want.
