This week is mental health awareness week.
It’s something that is talked about although when you are in a bad headspace, often you don’t talk about.

There are many reasons from not knowing how to express what you are thinking and feeling, feeling ashamed, thinking it will just pass, thinking you should stop feeling sorry for yourself, etc

The truth is unless you address it, often it can get worse. Days turn into weeks, weeks turn into months and before you realise you have stopped living and merely existing.

Reaching out is often the hardest thing to do, especially when feeling anxious or depressed.

As a qualified trauma informed coach, counsellor, hypnotherapist and yoga teacher I can help. I have over a decade experience helping people navigate mental issues and trauma.

What is Kundalini Yoga- it is powerful somatic practice that combines physical postures, breathwork, chanting, meditation and relaxation. Regular practice can help you feel more in balance, relaxed and confident.

It is suitable for all (18+) and no experience is required.Also can be adapted for injuries or medical condition.
