It’s been brilliant to see so many of our juniors have a great 2026 season, with James O’Toole and Sebastian Goatley both having an excellent year!
James O’Toole has taken an impressive 39 wickets this season, with best figures of 4/13. One of his standout performances came against Wigan CC 3rd XI in the T20, where his 2/14 helped Formby 3rd XI progress to the Finals Day of the competition. James has also contributed in the field, taking 6 catches and completing 2 run outs.
Sebastian Goatley has also had an excellent all-round season and is just 2 runs away from reaching 1,000 runs, currently sitting on 998. He has a top score of 52* and an average of 24.95, alongside 24 wickets at best figures of 4/16. He’s also made a big impact in the field with 21 catches, 2 stumpings and 3 run outs.
A great season from them both!!
