A busy but rewarding weekend for the The PRB Horseboxes Cotswold Cup 🏇✨ The sun was blazering to say the least but we felt more confident running the horses thanks to our supplements and electrolytes from Equine Products UK South West Equine Products UK Ltd 🔥☀️
Saturday saw Mr. Drumgiven The Randomer, owned by Cindy Harrington, flying in the 90 class, finishing a great 5th place after being away from eventing for two years.
Sunday was all about our two more inexperienced horses tackling their second events in the 100 class. Salvatore produced a lovely double clear and a PB dressage to finish 7th in his section, while Madermi PP also delivered a PB dressage score, a clear showjumping and was heading out cross country for a great result, until her confidence took over and she ran past a skinny before the second water complex, adding 20 penalties to finish 10th in her section! 🤦♀️😂
I’m incredibly proud of all horses, especially as preparation for the weekend wasn’t exactly straightforward…
Earlier in the week I took a nasty fall from a young horse, suffered yet another concussion, and wrote off another hat. Thankfully, I was back in the saddle thanks to my super-smart new Gatehouse Hats Official helmet, which looked the part all weekend.
A huge thank you to everyone involved, and here’s to building on some very exciting times from these horses! 💙🐴

What a weekend at the Barbury Cotswold Cup! 🌟lovely to be back out eventing after two years away from it.
A huge milestone for both Madermie PP and Salvatore in the 100 class, with both horses producing personal best dressage scores and finishing on their dressage with fantastic double clear rounds! ✨
An extra special mention for Madermie PP, who was having her very first go at eventing. She took everything in her stride, showing so much confidence and talent throughout the weekend. 💫
We’re incredibly proud of both horses and grateful to everyone who has supported them along the way. Excited to see what the rest of the season has in store! 🐎💙
