Istead United Colts welcomes boys and girls aged 4–5 to our U5–U6 football training a fun, friendly way to build confidence, learn new skills and make friends. No experience needed!

📅 Starts Saturday 3 October 2026
⏰ 10am - 60 minutes of fun and football, every Saturday
📍 Painters Ash Primary School
🎉 Two free sessions!
👕 £25 per month, including Colts Academy kit

🐾 Girls are especially encouraged to come along and help us build our first Istead Wildcats team!

⚽️ POSITIVE SUPPORT. RESPECT FOR ALL. ❤️🖤

As we all head into the new season this weekend, we want every player to enjoy their football, develop and feel supported.

We ask all parents and supporters to play their part encourage the players, respect referees and coaches, applaud both teams and keep it positive.

Players will make mistakes. Referees will make decisions. That’s football. What matters is the environment we create for our young players.

❤️ Let them play. Let them enjoy. We only do positive. ⚽️

🌈 Journey Through the Spec-fest is coming to Istead Rise! 🌈

We’re really pleased to be hosting this brilliant SEND family fun and awareness afternoon at Istead Rise Community Centre on Sunday 4th October, 3:30–5:30pm.

Organised by Journey through the spectrum, the afternoon has been created to give SEND and neurodiverse children and their families a safe, supportive and welcoming space to have fun and be themselves. ❤️

There’ll be messy sensory play, a calm area, glow sticks & lights, refreshments and the chance to meet Abby Squires – Ms Great Britain Kent 2026, with signed copies of her children’s book available too.

🎟️ £6 per child | £4 for siblings

Reach out to Abby Squires if something of interest.

Even better, all money raised will be supporting Cancer Research UK and A-Sisterhood.
