Boundless Outdoors is seeking to employ a team of outdoor activity instructor apprentices. Are you a motivated individual with a passion for the outdoors, and eager to learn? Boundless Outdoors is the place for you. With a wide range of qualifications on offer, on the job learning and earn whilst you learn, Boundless Outdoors is a great place to start your career in the outdoors.

What you will do in your working day?
Boundless Outdoors works with a wide range of groups from different backgrounds. From children with additional needs to corporate groups, no two days are ever the same. You will be based at either our Bell Heath or Malvern Outdoor centre located in Worcestershire.

Level 3 Outdoor Activity Instructor Apprenticeship Standard:
We take your training seriously and want you to be successful in your role. Therefore, you will be trained to deliver as many activities as possible. This training will not only focus on your own personal skill development, but also in house sign off and national governing body qualifications. The level of skill you leave us with will very much be personal to you and how much effort you put in and the progress you make.

Example of additional qualifications you will achieve:
• First Aid Responder
• Safeguarding Level 2
• Paddle Sport Instructor
• Climbing Wall Instructor Training
• Archery Leader
Internal qualifications; Bushcraft, High Ropes, Zip Wire, Problem Solving, Low Ropes Course, Orienteering, and more.

Last remaining Autumn 2026 residential dates ✨️

We still have selected school residential dates available this September, October, and November at our Malvern and Bell Heath centres.

Dates are now limited, with stays available from £99 per pupil for a 1-night Taster or £160 per pupil for a 2-night Explorer on selected dates.

It's a brilliant opportunity to bring pupils together early in the school year, helping them build confidence, strengthen friendships, and enjoy outdoor adventure at a more achievable price 🌲

Availability includes selected midweek dates across autumn, with both 1-night and 2-night options available.
