Tyler 🥹🥹🥹
Yesterday was a last PT session for our girl before she starts her new adventure and travels the world 🌎
You’ve worked so hard to become the confident, strong, independent girl who is about to take on travelling the world, qualifying as a personal trainer herself and just winning at all aspects of life.
I could not be prouder of you 🥹🥹
You work so hard (and moan about it too…) and I will miss your sessions SO much.
I think half of the time we are the blind leading the blind, but we are each others life coaches and medical professionals 😂
From all of the team we wish you all of the luck, will miss you SO much and can’t wait to see how you get on 🌍 ✈️

October bookings are open! 🩷

You can now book your place on my October classes via the Gymcatch app. Search Sara Pykett Personal Training and you’ll find the full timetable and booking options. Hyrox classes are slightly limited this month, but the up to date options are on Gymcatch for you!

I’m also currently looking at rejigging my class timetable now that I have access to our new studio space at Studio Fettle. I want to make sure I’m putting more of the classes you want to attend into the timetable, while creating a good balance across the week and keeping things sustainable for me too 🤍

So if there’s a class you’d love to see more of, or something you’d like me to introduce, please let me know! Your feedback will help shape the next timetable.

1:1 personal training is also available outside of these class hours. Just drop me a DM to enquire 😁

October is ready, cosy nights are back… who’s booking in? 💪🏼✨

Search “Sara Pykett Personal Training” on Gymcatch to book. 🩷

What a day, what a team 😍
Thank you to Invictus Gym Louth for an awesome Hyrox sim today, big smiles all around 😁
You can all be bloody proud of yourselves today guys. I am the proudest coach watching you all do something you’d thought was unachievable and yet proving that you can do the hard things!
We go again next week for the wildlife run with even more of the team, let’s go 💪 🏃‍♀️ 🦒

A little snapshot into our weekend 😍
Hyrox class for some (+2 more who were missing from the photo), 10k races and sprint triathlons!
What an incredible and talented team we’ve got 💪
A little shout out to Frankie and Tara who told me they’d never run and then they’re smiling their way through their 1st 10k race. You girls have worked so hard 😍
And a new PB for Amy (the day after strength class and still made it to Hyrox class Sunday night!!) incredible 👏 👏 👏

We go again this weekend as lot of the team take on a Hyrox sim. Excited to see more of you guys prove you can do more than you think you can!
Let’s go 💪 🏃‍♀️

Finishing another awesome week with our weekend classes. You’re a fabulous bunch 💪
Saturday Strength class
Sunday Hyrox class
New faces trying new things, regulars who are progressing and nearly ready for their competition in a few weeks, people who want to feel and move better. It’s been a weekend of it all and I couldn’t be prouder of you all 💪

Special mention to Garrison Craig for choosing to share his birthday with us all. Everyone was so grateful for the birthday finisher 🎂

See you all next week as we go again 🏃‍♂️ 💪
