BARRE & BREW TASTER
Bring a friend and come and try something new.
After a long summer, we are back at Clock Barn, Hambledon, every Friday from 9.30–10.30am — and would love you to join us for a special Barre Taster session.
And just to be clear, you absolutely do not need to be a ballerina or have any ballet experience.
This class is for everyone and all abilities.
I’m not a ballerina and I’m certainly not trying to be one! I just really love this way of training. Barre combines small, controlled movements with higher repetitions to work the muscles in a completely different way.
You can expect to work on:
Strength and muscular endurance
Core stability
Legs and glutes
The smaller supporting muscles
Balance, posture and flexibility
Full-body strength and conditioning
Better body awareness and control
It’s a fun, challenging workout that is low impact but still really effective. You’ll leave feeling strong, refreshed and energised, ready to take on your Friday and the weekend.
So grab a friend and come and give it a try. No ballet experience, no dance background and no pressure — just come along and see what you think.
Every Friday | 9.30–10.30am
Clock Barn, Hambledon
Who’s keen to try something new?

Still one of the best things I’ve ever done. This time 10 years ago I was cycling day 8 of LEJOG (solo on this day). A 10 day incredible adventure with my Dad driving the ‘ fun bus’ and so many awesome people joining me on some of the days to keep me company & feeding me ! Gavin Vickers Ailsa Stott

If you’re at a loose end this April school holidays, we’ve got the perfect activity for your children.
The 2-day Kids Triathlon Camp at St Teresa’s School, Effingham (Thursday 16 and Friday 17 April) is a fantastic way to introduce young athletes to the 4 disciplines of triathlon – swimming, cycling, running and transitions.
Whether your child is a complete beginner or already competing at a high level, our experienced coaching team can support and challenge every ability, including performance-level athletes.
The St Teresa’s site is ideal for developing skills across all areas, and this camp will have a strong focus on swimming technique, with extended pool time throughout the day. If your child would benefit from extra support or confidence in the water, this is the perfect opportunity.
A fun, supportive environment, expert coaching, and plenty of time to build skills and confidence.
