Sailing isn't done for the year just yet ⛵

October half term is the last proper chance to get the kids out on the water before winter. The centres are quieter, the water is still holding onto some summer warmth, and a few days now means they won't be starting from scratch in the spring.

Surrey families, you've got two weeks off this year (19 to 30 October). London schools mostly have the week of 26 October.

We've got RYA Stage 1 to 4 and Start Racing courses running, depending on the week and centre. All the details are on our blog 👇

Keep Sailing Shoreham is open!

We're really excited to launch our newest centre at Shoreham Sailing Club in Shoreham-by-Sea! The RYA has approved us as a Recognised Training Centre, so you can now learn to sail or drive a powerboat right on your doorstep.

Here's what's running this autumn:

📅 Sat 26th & Sun 27th Sept: RYA Level 1 Start Sailing and RYA Powerboat Level 2
📅 Sat 10th & Sun 11th Oct: RYA Level 1 Start Sailing and RYA Powerboat Level 2
📅 Sat 24th & Sun 25th Oct: RYA Level 2 Basic Skills and RYA Powerboat Level 2
📅 Tue 27th to Thu 29th Oct: Junior sailing, RYA Stages 1 to 4 (October half term)
📅 Wed 11th to Sat 14th Nov: RYA Powerboat Instructor Course

Our half term junior courses are a mix of sailing, fun, games and adventures. They're a brilliant way for kids to build confidence and stay active over the holidays!

What an amazing start to the Summer holidays!
It’s only the start of school courses and we have already had hundreds of happy children enjoying the sailing, the sun and playing in the water!

You may have noticed we didn’t have any courses running today!
We closed the centres and took the team out SUPing to the pub for lunch.

With a busy school holiday programme just around the corner, we wanted to make sure the team are well rested, bonding well, and buzzing to get back on the water teaching.
