👻 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹-𝗼𝗿-𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗽 🍫
The scariest thing in most houses this Halloween is the bag of mini chocolate bars "for the trick or treaters". We all know how that bag ends.
And honestly, that's fine.
This is the start of the season where there's always something.
Halloween, bonfire night, birthdays, the Christmas do, the tin of chocolates that appears in every staffroom in the country from mid-November.
Every year I see women decide that since there's so much going on, there's no point doing anything until January.
I understand it.
But it's the all-or-nothing thinking that does the damage, not the chocolate.
The women who get to January feeling good still ate the chocolate.
They just kept a few things steady while the rest of life was busy.
A couple of sessions a week, protein at breakfast, water before w**e.
Eat the mini chocolate bar.
Then turn up on Monday anyway.
Consistency over perfection is what gets you through the next eight weeks, and it's what the Midlife Reset is built around.
If you'd like to know where we are with names for the next group, reply 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗧 and I'll let you know.
Have a lovely Halloween on Saturday.
