We've had lots of rookie players join us this season, and lots of interest from baseball beginners - so we've decided to do a Baseball for Beginners' series of posts to help the newbies out.

Yes, it's a very simplified guide and slightly tongue-in-cheek. There are way more nuances to the game than we could possibly share like this, but hopefully it will help rookies to get their baseball journey started ⚾⚾⚾

There's been a lot of love for the Team since the season ended, so over the next few weeks we'll be sharing what our players think of being a Titan.

We have made the decision with the impending weather to cancel tomorrows training at the our field.

We will be back at the field on Wednesday from 6pm.

Wow, what a lot of new players we've had join towards the end of the 2026 season!

Welcome Mel, Nick, Tomas, Mark, Memo, Billy and Josh. We hope you are enjoying training with us and can't wait to see what you can do when the 2027 season starts!

Outdoor training is on tomorrow, 6-8pm.

If you've ever fancied having a go, Wednesday training is the best place to start and Stourbridge Titans is the ideal team for rookies and experienced players alike - friendly, inclusive but also a successful, competitive team ⚾⚾⚾

Another Club milestone is five years as Titans for Alex and Evette.

The dynamic duo Titanettes have been solid throughout their team career. Our hero, Alex has been treasurer for 3 years and kept the club on track. Evette brings her own special bubbly personality and giggles to every game. We wouldn't be Titans without them.

Baseball is thriving in the Black Country and you could be a part of it!

Always fancied having a go? Come to training on Wednesday - no pressure, just great fun. And now is a great time to get involved, learn the sport and get the skills to be part of the team when the competitive season starts again next Spring ⚾⚾⚾
