PHIL ME UP!

We're pleased to announce that Phil Cadogan has re‑signed for the 2026/27 season.

For a while Phil has been threatening to hang up the boots and become a referee. Thankfully, he’s decided to stick around with the Hawks instead of blowing whistles and telling people to roll away.

Last season he finished as the Hawks’ top try scorer, proving once again that he’s still got the pace, the footwork, and the ability to appear on the end of a scoring pass like he’s teleported there.

Unfortunately, he’s also still got a habit of bursting into the odd Tom Jones number. We apologise in advance to anyone within earshot on matchdays.

Great to have you back, Phil. It’s not unusual to want more tries from you this year.

Jake: Catch Him If You Can

Well we have and he's going nowhere, Jake Haynes has signed for 26/27!

A one‑man highlights reel, Jake is pure box office, blink and you’ll miss him, such is his pace. Last season’s top try scorer in the division with 28, and a firm fan favourite at North Dean. He's back with the aim to terrorise defences all over the National League.

Massive season incoming for both our senior sides:
🏉Our 1st XV step into the National Leagues for the first time, taking on some of the country’s oldest and most established clubs.
🦅The Hawks enter the league structure in Yorkshire 2, giving the lads the chance to play regular, competitive rugby every week.

And lads…
Forwards - bring your scrummaging boots.
Jumpers - bring your blocks.
Everyone - don’t forget your gumshields.
Be in the club for a 18.45 start.

The bar opens at 5pm, and we’ll be showing England v Ghana from 9pm to round off the night.

It's coming home.... World Cup Football live at Heath Sports Bar

We are open from 6pm on Wednesday for England v Croatia, yes it’s footbal, but it’ll look great on the new TV. Grab a couple of Bud Lights and it'll be like you are there.

The thrilling action starts with Portugal v Congo DR at 6 so get down early get a good seat and boo at Ronaldo.

We're pleased to announce that young French forward James Payne has re‑signed for the 2026/27 season.

After a frustrating year on the sidelines through injury, James is grafting relentlessly to get himself back in top shape. And yes… he’ll be lining up alongside his twin, Nicolas.
Which means everyone at the club will once again be asking the eternal question:
“Which Payne was that?”

Yorkshire 2? Time to Dance!

Great news, Richard Dance has re-signed for the 26/27 season.

After some time away from the game, Dancey returned last year and immediately made his mark adding huge experience and physicality to the Hawks pack. His influence on our young forwards was clear every week, and we’re happy to have him back as we prepare for life in Yorkshire 2.

A proper Hawk, a proper grafter, and exactly the kind of presence you want in the trenches.

Great to have you back, Dancey. Onwards!.

Deux Seasons, Toujours Heath- Nicolas Payne prolonge à Heath pour 2026/27!

Oh la la, one half of the Gallic Payne twins has confirmed he's back for more next season. He's had his injury problems but he's toughed it out this season and made one in to help the team. He was also rewarded with a place in the Yorkshire U20's squad.

Hopefully we'll also see James return at some point as they are both hugely promising players with a big future ahead.
