West Yorkshire Warthogs Flag Football Team

Join us this Saturday! It’s our home game at Halifax RUFC. Come give us a watch to experience flag football and maybe a trip to the bar!

Another gameday in the Hogs’ third season is done. A cross conference day that saw us do battle with some different teams. The games were tough and the wins would be hard fought against excellent opponents. But the Hogs prevailed, winning all three games.

It was also the first ever Matt Wilkinson Bowl in which our QB Matt Wilkinson faced Manchester’s QB Matt Wilkinson.

Despite a decent bribery effort from our MVP’s for the day were on Offence and on Defence. Congrats guys.

It’s Cross-Conference time for the Warthogs. On Saturday we head across the Pennines to face different opponents than our division. Here’s the squad that’ll do so.

2-0 for GD2 pushes us to 4-1 in the division. We’re keeping our foot down chasing that allusive top spot. Some monster performances from our players over in Teeside.

The seasons continues… The Hogs make the trip to Teeside for two more games in the season.

It wouldn’t be a trip to Newcastle without some sunburn. The Warthogs finished 2-1 on the day with some incredible performances from each individual player. Especially with several key players missing.
