Bad day at the office for the blacks against a physical HYFC team this morning at NDP.

Boys need to lift the levels in both physicality and work rate and also look to win our individual battles which we didn’t do today across the board.

Captain for this mornings game was Mason who tried to keep the team going with plenty encouragement.

No games this weekend for our Reds or Whites

League action again this weekend for the MU Blacks & Whites playing Hamilton YFC and EK Caledonian. Well done to all the boys and coaches. 👍🏻🔴⚫️

Blacks ⚫️ - Played some nice football at times, really happy with the workrate over the full match today. The boys should be pleased.

Captain - Marcus
Led the line up top, always helping his team and got on score sheet.

Whites ⚪️ - A tough one for the Whites today. We gave away a couple of silly goals that could easily have been avoided. We know we’re at our best when we work hard for each other, get the ball down and play our passing football, but today we didn’t quite do enough of that.
Plenty for the boys to learn from and work on at training. We know the quality is there, so we dust ourselves down and go again next week. ⚽💪

Captain – G
Led the team well and kept going right to the end.
