🏀🏆 THAT’S A WRAP ON ANOTHER AMAZING BASKETBALL CAMP! 🏆🏀

What a way to finish four fantastic days of basketball! 🔥

The final day saw our campers split into teams and battle it out in a full day of games, with plenty of great basketball, competition, teamwork and, most importantly, loads of fun! 🙌🏀

After a day of games, we had our two top teams go head-to-head in the much-anticipated final…

🟡 YELLOWS vs GREENS 🟢

And after a fantastic final, it was the GREENS 🟢 who ran out victorious! 🏆🎉

👏 Congratulations to the Greens, but a huge well done to the Yellows too — both teams gave everything right until the final whistle!

To finish off the camp, we had our trophy presentations, celebrating players for a whole range of achievements throughout the week — from basketball skills and performances to teamwork, attitude, effort and everything in between.

🥳 Congratulations to all the players who picked up a trophy! You should all be incredibly proud.

Four days of basketball, learning, competing, making new friends and, most importantly, enjoying the game we all love. Every player gave their best and it has been fantastic to see the effort, enthusiasm and improvement throughout the camp.

Thank you to all the coaches who have given up their time, energy and knowledge over the past four days. The camp simply wouldn’t happen without you, and the players have been incredibly lucky to have such a great group of coaches supporting them.

Day 3 gave our players the fantastic opportunity to take part in a Q&A session with Josh Steel, who shared his journey to becoming a professional basketball player.

Josh started his basketball journey at Hawks in the U11s before going on to represent the GB Senior Men’s team – an inspiring story for all of our young players.

After the Q&A, the excitement continued as everyone found out which teams they’ll be representing in tomorrow’s much-anticipated camp tournament. We can’t wait to see the action unfold! 💪🔥

What a fantastic day! Despite the scorching heat, every single camper gave it their all and showed incredible effort, enthusiasm, and determination.

What a fantastic start to our Basketball Camp! 🏀

Day 1 was a huge success, with another amazing turnout from both our club players and plenty of new faces joining us from outside the club. It’s great to see so many young players eager to learn, improve their skills, and most importantly, have fun!

A big thank you to all the players for bringing the energy and enthusiasm today, and to our coaches and volunteers for making the day run so smoothly.

We can’t wait to see everyone back tomorrow for another day of basketball, learning, and plenty of smiles! 🏀💪
