TEACHING IS RIGOUR…
PRACTICE IS RIGOUR…
Sādhana is not a quick fix or something we dip in and out of when life feels comfortable.
It is a daily practice. A commitment to showing up, listening deeply, and allowing ourselves to evolve.
There is something profoundly life-changing about having the space and time to practice… I am not unaware of the privilege I hold having firstly the time and secondly the knowledge.
And to do so within a living tradition, rooted in the South Asian lineages from which these yoga practices come.
I am constantly humbled by what the practice reveals. By the shifts that happen when we keep showing up. And by the support that seems to arrive, often exactly when we need it.
Teaching reminds me again and again that I am not here to give you answers. I am here to create the conditions for you to discover something for yourself.
Classes start back today.
So if you feel that calling … for a little more space, a little more time with yourself, and perhaps the possibility of transformation …
the mat is where you should come. 🌀
