I’ve had a few people worry about getting the equipment sweaty during our workouts, but I’m here to tell you: that is exactly what we want! Sweating means you are working hard, building that strength, and giving it your absolute all. Wear it like a badge of honor! 💃💪

Every single band gets a thorough, top-to-bottom clean after every class so they are fresh, hygienic, and ready to go for the next round!

I am back home after the most beautiful long weekend with my gorgeous tribe in the lakes!

We went for my friend's wedding and it was just the most amazing day! The highlight of the day, after watching the stunning bride walk down the aisle, was dancing until almost midnight with children. Isabella didn't stop twirling all day, Harry had some incredible MJ moves and George did the baby freeze in the middle of the dance floor!! My heart was bursting!
