A specifically designed 8 week programme (with the opportunity to continue group or 1-1 sessions after) where we will focus on nailing the basics, building you a base level of fitness and building your confidence both in and outside the gym💪🏻

This programme is aimed at groups of 2 or more who want to kick start their fitness journey, so grab a friend or family member and give it a go!

Join us for a 45 minute full body strength workout incorporating weighted and body weight exercises with some cardiovascular elements to spice it up and get a sweat on! We’ll finish off with a 15 minute stretching session.

My week in squares🤸🏼‍♀️

Last week my motivation was at an all time low, but I made a conscious effort each day to move my body by walking, throwing myself into a class or continuing to work on my pilates.

If you’re struggling with motivation, i’d highly recommend mixing it up and trying something new, planning a running/workout date with a friend or committing to a class/PT session.

You will never regret a workout and getting your body moving. Sometimes just showing up can be the hardest part and that’s something I had to remind myself of this past week.

Goals > Resolutions

The pressure to change yourself in the New Year is crazy! So why not challenge yourself instead?

Each year I like to set myself achievable goals that will benefit me mentally and physically, as well as having a challenge that I can work towards throughout the year.

I completed my first half marathon last year and honestly abandoned distance running pretty soon after, however i’d like to get back into running but this time focusing on my pace. I’d also love to complete another physical challenge, maybe in the form of a competition/event this time around🏋🏼‍♀️

Pilates is something i’ve dipped my toe into last year and I really enjoyed the challenge, so I definitely want to try and incorporate into my weekly training.

Aside from fitness goals, it’s important to have ones that will benefit your life as a whole. I’ve been slowly building my yearly book goal by 2 a year📚
As well as this, I want to travel to more new places both in England and outside! We’re planning a mini inter-railing trip in the Summer and more wild camping is on the cards!

Finally i’m so excited for all the opportunities and freedom I have with my business and to take it to new levels in 2024! Keep your eyes peeled👀
