Huge good luck today to who is taking on a 100km coastal path ultra today 👊🏻💪🏻

Supported Kirsty back in March with a half marathon PB & why not then book a 100k ultra in September!

20 week plan stuck to around work, holidays & life, with Kirsty ticking every week off with no questions asked.

Am sure she'll go smash it & look out for the medal Monday shout out 🏅

MEDAL MONDAY SHOUT OUT 🏅

Today is a special medal Monday post for my two beautiful girls 🩷

Firstly, Alarna completed all 5 races at the 1 mile series held by Harwich Runners. Her hard work paid off this year with a PB of 9:38 & she came 2nd overall. 6 years old & definitely takes after mummy 🩷

Next up we had Phoebe who competed in the MOVEITSHAKEIT Grand National Finals in Swindon. Phoebe placed a brilliant 2nd in her contemporary dance 🩷

Proud week for me & Sammie Jayne 😊

MEDAL MONDAY 🏅

That time again where we celebrate some of our attendees at box-fit 👍🏻

Well done to .lynch1976 & who ran the Colchester 10k yesterday 🏃🏻‍♂️🏃‍♀️

The "BULLET" keeps getting better & better with an outstanding 2:47.28 at Halstead Marathon yesterday.

Lastly, was at a karate competition yesterday coming away with a gold & silver 🥋

Great way to start the week at Monday Night Box-fit & love sharing the great things everyone keeps achieving 👊🏻💪🏻👍🏻
