Home fixtures today for the boys in blue.
A visiting Cottingham Rangers Blues won a very tight first match, stealing two lates goals when, lads were pushing hard for an equaliser. The final score finished 0-3 to the visitors.
Seconds game, the lads came out fired up from the off and took the lead early on, with a close range effort from Joshua.
Controlled pressure lead to another for Josh and the game was sealed with an edge of the area effort from Harry. Final score 3-0.
Well done to our coaches man of the match, Oliver. He had a bit of everything today. Shot stopping, sweeper keeper, cleaning up behind & starting the attacks from the back.
Parents player went to Harry, he covered every blade of grass today, in defence and attack. Some crunching tackles, some lovely through balls. Could have had a couple more goals but finally got his reward ⚪️🔵⚪️🔵
