For us, awards like this are about so much more than recognition. We hope they help shine a light on the importance of accessible mental health support, spread awareness of the work we do, and, most importantly, reach the people who need us most.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support us, champion our work and help us break down the stigma around men’s mental health.

Meeting tonight. 👊🏻

If you’ve had a difficult weekend, you’re going through a tough time, or you simply fancy some company, a brew and a chat - come along. ☕️

You don’t have to face things on your own. 💚

Our men’s mental health meetup is on tonight, and you’re welcome to join us. 👋🏻

📍 UITC Building, end of Field Grove View, HR1 1AW
🕠 5.30pm–7.30pm
💷 Free to attend

There’ll be tea, coffee, squash, water and biscuits available. ☕️🍪

The group is made up of men with lived experience of mental health difficulties and challenging times. 🤝🏻

You don’t need to talk. You don’t need to explain yourself. And you certainly don’t need to have everything figured out. 💚

Just turn up, grab a brew and spend some time with people who understand. ☕️

You never know - you might just find a group of men who’ll have your back when you need it. 👊🏻

Thanks Ben Bowen for preparing the pitches we have now remarked them for this weekend of fixtures. Nothing gives us more joy than seeing the pitches looking ready in the sunshine ☀️ .

After such a hot dry summer it’s good to see the pitches responding to the recent rain. Let’s hope it’s a good autumn and not a soggy winter.

A big thank you to our local B&Q who provided us with this lovely new laminate flooring which compliments the recently painted club room and kitchen. We now have a lovely welcoming space for our community partners to enjoy
