This is one of my hard working in person clients making huge progression in not just fat loss but also..

- And a massive confidence gain
I am so proud of her (as I am all my clients) for sticking it out even when she had doubts because with accountability and fully seeing your progress, anything can be possible β€οΈ

Theres sometimes a misconception, or something in your mind that tells you... 'I need to improve my fitness before I go to that class'
No, just come to the class first, and the fitness levels improve from there.. promise π€πΌ π
