Of course the instructor asks to get a forum photo AFTER the sweatiest session yet!

Its been a lovely couple of terms with this bunch (with a few missing) on a Tuesday.

A dance fitness class for the Fable House teachers and today we did our last session of the school term outside 🌞

Hopefully, come September, there will be 2 more of these sessions 👀 Kirkheaton + Slaithwaite incoming!

I got the husband involved! 🤪

A little bit about Arran, former semi pro footballer-turned professional dancer, which means a busy active lifestyle. With all the physical activity over the years, Arran struggled with a weak lower back, resulting in multiple injuries.

When Arran chose to start with me in the gym, it was purely for injury purposes and gaining knowledge from myself. Due to knowing exactly how bad Arrans injury was, it was a very slow and steady start. We honed in on injury prevention whilst building core strength, mobility and flexibility.

Once this was under control the goal became more focused on building size and muscle, and the results speak for themselves. Arran has always been a slim/athletic build so gaining size felt very hard and tedious. Once we put the photos together side by side, Arran was thrilled with his progress!

Seeing these results, has given Arran another boost and push with his training. Im very excited to see the next comparisons ✨️

Whatever the goal, we work together to achieve it, no matter the time. Your body is your home. Look after it 🏡

.oldfield.73 .. is my longest term PT client 💪🏼
We've gone through a lot of life together now with 6 years to the fitness relationship!
I don't post all of my clients up for multiple reasons, but Meesh makes it to the gram occasionally along with Miss Rosie🐾

I do really get close to my clients as I am in your home and the bonds go beyond just a client, she even came to my wedding 💕
