Just a few captured moments in the gym this evening;
1) two of our long standing members Jason & Mark came in cute matching outfits.
2) Oscar taking full advantage of the refer a friend for a £20 note. Nice work mate
Multi generation gym… Kids from the school busses. 20 year serving members who now bring their children to the gym. Elder people navigating through discovering fitness and e exercise…. And everything in between. Love this place for what it is. 🙏🏽
