NEW CLASS ALERT
We’re excited to introduce our Women’s Lifting Class at CrossFit Shire 💪. 6weeks block booking
Starting 6th May🕢 7:30pm – 8:30pm
Led by Coach Hannah, this class is designed to help you build confidence and strength in the gym. Whether you’re completely new to lifting or looking to refine your skills, you’ll be coached every step of the way.
