When I got asked to do a photoshoot in my underwear I had no idea how much JOY it would bring!
We were all so comfortable in front of one another, just being us and showing off our amazing bodies, which have some amazing stories within them.
We felt on such a high once we had finished
What I love even more, is that you can really see the joy coming out in these photos!

"There's only one rule about fight club, we don't talk about fight club" but I want to talk about it!! Straight after my Zumba class at Chantry is Fight Klub. Wow! What a class! Such a buzz after it too.

Bank Holiday doesn't mean we stop the party!!
There is ONE Class tonight at 7pm at the Ascension hall! It's a combo class of Gold and Fitness. We did it last year and it was so much fun so I can't wait to party with you tonight.

Tonight I got the opportunity to try something new. A Guides group asked me to teach a class for their group of 10-14 age girls. I had never taught teenagers before and I was apprehensive to say the least.
But I had really no reason to be. Most of the girls got stuck in and just really gave it a go.
I know dancing isn't for all and Zumba is different to other classes but for me, it's another tick on the list ☑️
