Find something that gives you the best chance of success, which you enjoy or like, and continue to repeat on a daily basis.

Success comes from removing choices and introducing routines you can repeat.

Confidence comes from repetition.

Do These 5 Before Your Back Makes The Decision For You

14/08/2026

Your body takes the brunt of every shift.
No mobility. No proper food. No plan.

By the end of the day your knees, elbows, shoulders and back are paying for it.

It's not about getting a six pack or stepping on stage.

It's about staying capable long term.

3-4 sessions a week. 45 minutes. That's it.

Some clients do it in 2 full body days and still get incredible results.

Put yourself first. Get your body in check.

We build the plan around your life and your job, so you can perform and stop aching.

Comment BLUEPRINT and I'll sort you one.

In your first month, we just focus on getting the right routines in place... comfortable in the gym, right exercises, and food that works around what you actually like. No point giving you a plan full of food you hate.

We build it around your job. Tea breaks aren't always the same time, and if you're on site, grabbing fridge food and microwaving it isn't always possible. So the plan has to fit your lifestyle — not the other way round.

We make sure you can actually hit the training days you've got. No point giving six when you can only manage three. Get those sessions dialled in and effective, and the good habits just become normal — more energy, better food, looking after yourself properly.

If you were out of breath by the time you got to the top of the stairs, or even two flights... and you sat on the banister telling the client "be with you in a minute"... that's not gonna get any better.

Think about your car. Now think about your body... what are you actually doing to it? You need to sort the cardio out.

Just being able to do a flight or two of stairs without being knackered getting off the chair. Move more. Yes, you work hard at work... but is that making you fitter, or just making you tired?

Focus on what's important before it gets too late. Sort it out, even if you don't come to me. If you're 40, 45, you should be able to run up the stairs, not get to the top absolutely knackered.

Simple things. Get moving. You'll thank me for it... and you'll thank yourself for it.

I bet you tell yourself you're active, so you don't need to go to the gym. But that just makes you tired and wears out your body.

You do the same repetitive movements every day, and you're already feeling the aches and pains.

Where if you actually go to the gym and work on the positions, exercises, and stretches that accommodate you long term, you perform better at your job, you've got more energy when you get home, and momentum starts moving in the right direction instead of the wrong one.

So focus on getting in the gym, training well, and training for the long term, built around your job and your lifestyle.

Follow AWG Fitness for a plan that works around your lifestyle, one you can stick to for more energy, more strength, and you'll just feel better.

You already know food matters for building muscle, losing fat, and having energy.

So when it comes to breakfast: do you grab a garbage meal, or one you've prepped yourself where you know exactly what's in it?

Protein in your breakfast means better energy, feeling good after, and no crash. Skip it and go for a meal deal instead, and two hours later you're craving simple carbs again.

Protein early sets the tone for the whole day. You stay fuller longer, you don't crave junk, you stick to your goals. A crap breakfast means I'm more likely to cheat later. A good one sets me up for a good day.

So sort your breakfast out. Prep it, plan it, get it sorted... you'll thank me for it.
