Remember the tac41 I was doing over the weekend well it went back without a photo of it finished but I’d stripped all the nasty bush crap off of it but its going to be re bushed 😂 it was stripped , sniper mech wasp piston , rapax spring, Medusa slim hop wheel, nub, pdi 0.1 barrel, mapleleaf and a couple of little bits I do , nice smooth bolt pull, and quiet even with the suppressor fitted , laser accurate and bang on the limit with the 0.45 the customer wants to use .

Right then here it is and yes it’s a pts pdr c , small bull pup weapon it came in shooting 0.78j using 0.25
Inside its crap , gearbox is a w***y design , silly bb channel running through the gearbox and it came with a clear plastic piston with plastic teeth and a s**t non ported head, it also has a trigger bar design running to a micro switch ( not great at all )
It’s now got a proper piston and head , new phantom spring, viton oseal upgrades, tappet plate trimmed for reliable mag feeding and sector gear short stoked, new maple leaf fitted and it’s shooting incredibly well and now it’s re shimmed properly it sounds a whole lot better.

A couple of little clues? All three gears are in line , it had a full plastic tooth clear piston and nasty unvented head...

Another NGRS rolls off the bench , came in semi upgraded already but not to the full tier 1 spec . It is now!
When it came in the fps was low all over the place , it had a normal aeg spring fitted which had been cut ( badly) it had a wiitech piston but the original non ported head and other bits like plastic bushes and original cyl head . Well this was asked to be the best so
New bushings , better piston and head , cylinder head , maple leaf , pdi stainless and all the other top end usual bits , polishing, Titan Ngrs, and a solink adv brushless motor, it sounds superb , shoots superb and is bang on 1.14j using 0.32bbs with a fps variance over 400 rnds of only +\- 0.5
It’s a beauty ! It was originally a sop mod but new bcm front rail, pistol grip and stock just make it that little bit better.

Hi all , here the latest little project I’ve been working on . I’d already done both these guns 4 years ago but the owner wanted to change them, the large r***e was a dmr and changed back to a full auto 350fps 1.14j monster and the little one was a custom made thing I did as a side arm . Well that was wanting a service after firing 87,570 BBs ( titan readings ) so while I had it I thought why not make it even better😂 it was already running 13/1 gears and a 22tpa motor but now it’s running 13/1 gears short stroked -3 , tappet plate modified to suit , advanced tappet plate spring, both weapons were fitted with the solink red brushless motor .
The difference those motors make is frightening, the trigger response and rate of fire at 1.14j using 0.30 is outstanding. It’s now pushing 42rps with a consistent fps of 1.14joules,
Anyway the owner sent me a strap from his usmc camo rig and asked if I could match it and paint both guns to match and while I was at it did I fancy doing him some case art work , so i obviously obliged. Yes the case art is all done by hand with an airbrush using createx illustrator paints and then it gets a coat of 2k crystal clear coat to keep it looking nice.
The guns are again airbrushed but this time in 2k paints for hardness, etch primer first , and then ultra 2k matt clear coat for final protection and longevity.
