Today, 10 September, is World Su***de Prevention Day.
It’s a day that reminds us that su***de should never feel like the only option.
If you ever feel like things are getting too much, please remember that you have options. Reach out and talk to a friend, family member or professional. Sometimes, simply starting a conversation can make a real difference.
⚽ At Westmorland County FA, we still have some of our ‘Beer Mats’ available for football clubs and local pubs. The mats are designed to encourage people to talk, check in with their friends and teammates, and look out for one another.
The mats were created in collaboration with Two Pints Deep, and we're happy to provide them free of charge.
If your club or local pub would like some, please drop us an email and we'll get some to you.
