Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) Survey 2026 📞

From 21 September, a randomly selected group of South Lakes Housing residents will be invited to take part in our annual Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) survey.

If you're contacted by Acuity Research & Practice, we'd love to hear your views. The telephone survey takes around 10 minutes and your feedback will help shape future service improvements.

As our Chief Executive, Pam Mastrantonio, says: "Every piece of feedback helps us understand what we're doing well and where we need to do better."

Fiona and the team are looking for an experienced housing professional to join us as Area Housing Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work as part of a team of three Area Housing Managers, each managing Housing Officers and Housing Coordinators to deliver safe, well-managed neighbourhoods and excellent services for our residents. You will bring strong housing management knowledge, confidence in dealing with complex cases, income collection, and a positive, can-do approach to improving performance and outcomes.

Experience in income management would be ideal, helping the team to maximise rent collection, sustain tenancies, address arrears at an early stage and share effective practices across the service.

This role is community-focused and requires regular visibility with colleagues, residents and partners, so working from our office and out in our communities for four days each week is an essential part of the role.

This is a Full-time position (37 hours a week)
Up to £46,906 per annum

Thank You for Joining Us at Yewbarrow!

We were delighted to welcome 49 attendees to our Yewbarrow Redevelopment community launch event on Saturday.

It was fantastic to meet local residents and neighbours, share our plans for the redevelopment, answer questions, and discuss the exciting new homes coming to the area. Thank you to everyone who took the time to attend and contribute to such positive conversations about the future of Yewbarrow.

Shared Ownership homes will soon be launching for soft reservations. If you're interested in being among the first to hear when applications open, please email [email protected] to be added to our our marketing list.
