The annual R&A Coronation Foursomes Area Final brings together women and girls from across the region, and we’re incredibly proud to see Anne & Dot representing our club on this prestigious stage.

Well played to you both – a fantastic achievement, and wonderful ambassadors for Knutsford Golf Club. ⛳👏

Looking back at July, what a month it has been!

We began with the Club Pro-Am on 4th July, a fantastic success and true club-wide effort. Thank you to all who played, volunteered, sponsored and supported the day – a great showcase of Knutsford Golf Club spirit.

Next was Lady Captain Di’s Day, where members embraced the tropical theme in style. Congratulations to Bev Smedley, a ‘Get into Golf’ member of two years, who took a well-deserved win in a wonderfully supported and colourful event.

We also marked President Gerry Waggett’s final President’s Day for the men’s section. Her three years of leadership have been exceptional, leaving a lasting legacy at the club. Thank you, Gerry, for all you have done.

On the course, congratulations to Maxwell, who won the Men’s Scratch Trophy with an outstanding 71, and to Kim Blake, who claimed the Ladies’ Two-Day Centenary Medal with a superb total of 144.

July has once again highlighted what makes Knutsford Golf Club so special – great golf, strong friendships, and a club that celebrates and supports its members.

Our 2026 Club Pro-Am was everything golf should be – fantastic golf, great company, plenty of laughs and a wonderful atmosphere from start to finish.

The competition was keenly fought by the professionals and amateur teams with the leading Pro Hayden McCullen from scoring an impressive 3 under 67 to secure top spot from Mathew Tottey with 68 and Ben Stanier from the Beeches on 69.

Congratulations to Nigel Davenport’s team who shot an impressive -16 with a score of 124.

💛 Today we’ve changed our logo to yellow in support of from Pulse Of Perfumery as he sets out to paint Knutsford yellow and raise awareness for Cystic Fibrosis UK.

The ladies’ section is incredibly fortunate to have Tim’s support. Each year he puts together a fun and engaging team competition with a series of challenges that bring out plenty of friendly rivalry, teamwork and laughter.

What a fantastic weekend at Knutsford Golf Club for the Millennium Medal 2026 - played over two days with an enormous field and blessed with absolutely stunning weather from start to finish ☀️Finishing off with a BBQ and presentation.

One thing that makes this competition so special is that it truly reflects the spirit of our club, with mixed golf continuing to be a huge part of what we do at Knutsford. Great competition, great atmosphere, and members enjoying the course together all weekend.

Another fantastic day for our thriving junior section at Knutsford Golf Club ⛳️🌟

Huge congratulations to our very own Isabella Zhu on winning today’s Junior Hanson Trophy Spring Stableford with an incredible 44 points 👏

At just 11 years old, Isabella is already building an impressive golfing CV. Since starting golf in 2024, she has reduced her handicap from 54 to around 30 and continues to go from strength to strength.
