Charlotte Poynter holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Therapy, with experience in treating high level and elite athletes as well as general sporting population and those who don't participate in sport. Emily Field holds a MSc in sports rehabilitation her role involves taking injured people back to active tasks or sports. Jake Coombe holds a Masters in Osteopathy, he works with all populations sporting or not to aid pain and recovery from injury.

One of the most repeated — and most misleading — phrases in fitness.

Some discomfort during rehab and training is completely normal. But pain that sharpens, lingers, or changes how you move is your body telling you something needs adjusting, not ignoring.

The goal isn’t to push through everything. It’s loading your body at the right level, at the right time, so you actually get stronger instead of getting hurt.
