At the end of my Monday night Fitness Pilates class at Pure Gym, this is what a fairly new (now regular) member told me:
"I look forward to coming, I enjoy it when I'm here, and I float home afterwards. This class is one of my favourite hours of the week"
When you stand at the front as an instructor and look at a sea of faces all concentrating hard, it's sometimes hard to tell if they're enjoying it or not. Comments like this mean everything... thank you!

Reverse Table Top / Reverse Plank ๐ฆ๐คธ๐ฝโโ๏ธ

Bird Dog with band ๐ฆ๐ถ
This move is fantastic for strengthening the core, supporting the lower back and improving overall stability.
Adding a resistance band increases the challenge by engaging the glutes and shoulders even more, while testing balance and control throughout the movement.
