𝗣𝗢𝗢𝗠𝗦𝗔𝗘 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘

The Bank Holiday weekend was one of development and progression at our Poomsae Performance Camps in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

The mats were filled with plenty of positive energy as athletes from our Poomsae Community worked hard to refine their technique, build confidence and push their performance to new levels.

From athletes taking their first steps on the Performance Pathway to those already competing at the highest level, everyone showed an incredible willingness to learn, improve and challenge themselves, leading to a successful session for all involved.

A huge thank you to all of the athletes, coaches and volunteers who helped make the weekend such a successful and inspiring experience. Your hard work, commitment and passion continue to strengthen and grow our Poomsae community.
