Join us at Palmerston Tennis Club for our Summer Tennis Camp, running throughout the school holidays from 20th July – 28th August 2026.

Designed for ages 3–5, these fun-filled sessions help develop coordination, confidence, and an early love for sport.

Friday evening’s at Palmerston is about the matchplay and social!

Our Rusty Rackets session is for anyone that can rally basically! 😄🙌 🎾 It’s all about mixing in, meet new people, and is a great way to get to know the club a bit more!

From 6pm we’re on court til the sun goes down but the clubhouse and bar is always open too so why not stay for a beverage or two while you’re there! 🍺🎾

Free for members, visitors fee for non-members.

Cardio tennis was really giving cardio today! 🥵

A few of our regular drills with Coach James involves the added ‘fun’ rule that if anyone hits the target board, then everyone else has to do a lap of the court.

It was safe to say that with Neil hitting the board a record total of 5 times (2 of them being one straight after another - as captured in the first video here), Alison hitting it twice, and me (Cleo!) once…we were pooped by the end!! 🫠

All good fun though and always come out of the session feeling as though we’ve had a good workout 💪

No Cardio session on next week due to Half Term camp being on, but normal service will resume the week after (Thursday 4th June)

A buzzing Monday evening for Coach Ricky and Coach Josh, with top attendance for both the Junior Team invite-only session looking dynamic and fun, followed by our adult intermediate session being just as great!

Even with the rain coming down on us in the later session, we all still enjoyed being on court!…saying that, I’m not gonna lie though, with it being late May a bit more sunshine and less showers would’ve been nice! 😅

Coaches:

A wonderful Christmas party yesterday, with so much fun, laughter, and happy little faces.
