Today our Liverpool Lions U14s stepped onto that field for their final and gave absolutely everything they had.
The result didn’t go our way, with a hugely disappointing decision going against the boys, but that takes nothing away from the effort, heart and determination they showed from the first whistle to the last. They left absolutely everything out there on that pitch — and that is all any coach, parent, teammate or supporter could ever ask of them.
To every single player: hold your heads high. You represented the Lions badge with pride, battled for each other and showed the character that makes this group so special.
The whole club is incredibly proud of you boys. ❤️
This one will hurt, but it will also fuel us.
We go again. We come back stronger. We come back hungrier. And this only gives us MORE determination. 💪🔥

Our incredible Liverpool Lions U14s have made it to the North West Shield Final! 🏆 After an epic season and a semi-final win, the lads are ready to leave everything on the pitch for their first-ever final.

We need the entire community and rugby league family to get behind our boys and show them the massive support they deserve! Let's turn social media into a sea of Lions pride.
