The final boxing medal table from the XIII South American Games Santa Fe 2026 is officially set! 🥊🏆

Across six action-packed days in Rafaela, 12 nations earned spots on the podium, showcasing the depth, grit, and talent of boxing across our region.

🇧🇷 Brazil finished atop the medal table with 6 Golds and 10 total medals!
🇻🇪 Venezuela took 2nd overall, led by an incredible sweep of 4 Golds in the women's division!
🇪🇨 Ecuador & 🇺🇾 Uruguay each secured historic gold medals to round out the top four!
🇦🇷 Host nation Argentina put on a dominant showing with 9 total medals!

Enhancing athlete care and safety across the Americas. 🥊🩺

Panamerican Boxing Confederation is hosting an official Ringside Physician Certification Course this November in Panama City, open to licensed physicians interested in working within amateur, Olympic-style boxing at the continental and international levels.

Led by Dr. Bernardino Santi and Dr. Elvys Villarreal of PBC's Medical & Anti-Doping Committee, this comprehensive two-day program covers World Boxing medical regulations, concussion management protocols, emergency ringside response, and practical case studies.

Course Details:

📍 Location: Hotel El Panamá by Faranda | Panama City, Panama
📋 Eligibility: Licensed physicians aiming to certify for continental & international Olympic-style boxing

The stakes in Puebla couldn't be higher:
🥊 Lima 2027 Qualifier: First official qualifying tournament for the 2027 Pan American Games, with up to 56 direct quota spots on the line across the 14 Olympic weight categories!
🥊 Papp Cup Selection: Serves as the official selection event for the Panamerican team heading to the 2026 Papp Cup against European Boxing in Budapest.

Don't let your boxers miss their shot at continental glory and a path to Lima 2027. National Federations must ensure your long list entries are submitted on time via the Xempower registration platform!
